Know where you stand, in two weeks

Security assessment for organizations in Haiti

You know security matters, but you do not know where to start. The assessment gives you, in two weeks, a clear picture of where you stand and an action plan that fits your means.

Why start with an assessment

In many organizations, in Haiti as elsewhere, computers, networks and online tools have been added over time without anyone really measuring the level of protection. It is not always clear which data is exposed, who has access to what, or whether backups would work on the day of an outage or an attack.

The assessment replaces assumptions with findings. It is carried out by an ISO 27001 Lead Implementer certified professional and structured around the domains of the standard, which gives your management a common language and a solid basis for what comes next. It is a practical status review, not a certification audit.

How it works

A simple, transparent process, with the scope and deliverables set out before we start.

  1. 1

    Scoping

We define with you what is assessed: sites, systems, teams. This discussion is free.

  2. 2

    Information gathering

Interviews and a review of access, backups, devices and practices, within the agreed scope.

  3. 3

    Analysis

We rank the risks by impact and likelihood, to separate what is urgent from what can wait.

  4. 4

    Debrief

You receive a clear report and a prioritized action plan, and we present them to your team.

Frequently asked questions

How long does the assessment take?

About two weeks, from the moment we have access to the agreed information. The exact duration depends on the size of the organization and is set out in the written proposal.

Is the assessment an ISO 27001 audit?

No. It is a status review structured around the domains of the standard. It does not lead to certification, but it prepares the ground if you ever aim for that.

Do we need to give you access to our systems?

The assessment relies mainly on interviews and on a review of documents and configurations agreed with you. We do not change anything in your systems.

How much does the assessment cost?

It is a fixed-price service, set out in the written proposal before you commit. The first consultation, however, is free.
