Blaise Arbouet
Founder · CISSP · C‑CISO · ISO 27001 LI
Blaise Arbouet has more than 25 years of experience in information technology and information security. He holds the CISSP, C‑CISO and ISO 27001 Lead Implementer certifications and a graduate degree in IT governance, audit and security from the Université de Sherbrooke.
An entrepreneur, he co-founded Tainos CyberCon, an information security conference for the Latin America and Caribbean region.
He has taken part in various summits and conferences on the use of ICT for development and on Internet governance, and was a fellow three times for ICANN public meetings. He regularly speaks on cybersecurity issues.
A college-level cybersecurity teacher, he also taught the cybersecurity component of the TIC-Haïti-BRH program.
His dream, like that of many others: to see Haiti adopt ICT as an engine of economic development while keeping its critical infrastructure secure. YottaSec Haïti is part of that vision.
